New Client Schedule Performance Report, Report Scheduler & Mobile App Enhancements

At QR-Patrol, we are committed to continuously improving your experience and empowering your team with smarter, faster, and more reliable tools. Our latest update introduces major enhancements across both the Web App and Mobile App, designed to boost reporting accuracy, streamline daily operations, and offer a smoother user experience.

Here’s everything included in this release.

Web App Updates

1. New Client Schedule Performance Report

A new report that provides complete visibility into schedule performance across clients, sites and individual checkpoints. It includes a client-level view showing overall schedule performance per client (on-schedule / missed / pending) and is enhanced with the following views:

•  Sites Schedules Performance Report: Performance breakdown per site for the selected client.
•  Schedule Performance Summary: Success rates for each schedule within a selected site.
•  Detailed Schedule View: Detailed checkpoint results (on-schedule or missed), including Issue Management notes (e.g., “damaged NFC tag”) for additional context.

* This new Client Schedules Performance Report is available to all plans for a limited time; afterwards it will be included in the Gold plan only.

2. Report Scheduler

You can now schedule automatic delivery of the main Client Schedule Performance Report (client-level view) at set intervals (e.g., every Monday at 09:00).

* We’re launching this powerful scheduling capability starting with the Client Schedule Performance Report and will gradually expand it to more reports across the system—unlocking even greater automation and value for your operations.

3. QR Code / NFC Tag Replacement

Managers can replace damaged or missing tags with new ones in just a few seconds—making it easy to keep patrols running smoothly without interruptions.

Mobile App Updates

1. AI-Generated Image Summary for MME Reports

Οptionally generate an AI summary of captured images (e.g., “The photo shows a person holding a knife”) for clearer and faster reporting.

2. UI Improvements

Minor UI redesign and visual refinements, with more improvements coming in the next releases.
