No. Visitors can check in from their phone, use a tablet at reception or receive assistance from staff. They do not need to install an app or create an account.

Can we require safety training before check-in?

Yes. Mandatory training can have an expiry date, and check-in requires the relevant training to be valid. The module keeps a record of training completion.
