1. What happens if my staff fails to follow a schedule?

The supervisor can be informed in real time by an automated e-mail.

2. How do I login with a different Guard ID on my smartphone?

1. On the main screen of the mobile application, press the orange button "Change Guard I.D."
2. Type your Guard ID and enter your PIN
3. Finally press "Accept".

3. Is there any way to increase the accuracy of the live tracking?

On the web application, select the target Guard and click on "Edit" link. On the Location section, you can define the "Accuracy" value, which can be set at 10m up to 100m.

4. Is there any way to increase the refresh rate on the live track?

On the same section, there is also "Watch timeout" choice, which is the period of time that the app will wait to get the GPS signal before it will retry, and which can be set at 30 seconds up to 3 minutes. "Check interval" choice refers to the duration of time that will pass until the app will look again for the position of the guard. It can be set at 30 seconds up to 30 minutes.
