We’re excited to roll out a new set of improvements focused exclusively on the QR-Patrol Web Application. This release is all about giving you more control over your data, simplifying reporting workflows, and delivering a cleaner, more intuitive interface.

Reporting & Automation

1. New Mobile Form Submissions Management Page

A new Form Submissions page is now available in the web application, providing a centralized view of all form submissions from the field.

From there, you can review, edit, link related submissions, and share them via email whenever needed.

2. Scheduled Delivery for Daily Activity Reports (DAR)

The Daily Activity Report (DAR) now supports automatic email scheduling, allowing reports to be delivered to recipients at predefined intervals.

As part of this update, the previous DAR version has been replaced with an improved reporting experience.

3. Scheduling Enhancements

Report Scheduling functionality has also been enhanced with:

•  Customizable email subject and body for scheduled reports
•  Greater flexibility when managing existing scheduled reports

* DAR available on all plans, scheduling available on Gold plan

Platform Improvements

1. Platform UI Refresh (Web Application)

This release introduces a refreshed interface for the web application, including:

•  A new side navigation menu
•  A cleaner and more modern user experience
•  Improved accessibility and smoother navigation across modules

2. Performance & Stability Improvements

This release also includes overall performance optimizations, bug fixes, and stability enhancements to provide a faster, smoother, and more reliable web experience.
